Q: How will the recruiters contact me?
A: Our recruiting department primarily calls you about open jobs. Please make sure you have regular access to you phone. We may also try to email or text you so be sure to check all of your contact applications.

Q: What types of jobs do you staff? Do you have any positions available right now?  
A: Please visit the Job Seekers page on our website. We staff a wide variety of jobs across industries and experience levels.

Q: I need to update my email address/phone number or upload a new resume. How can I do that?
A: Please call our office in Texas City at 409.935.0111. or Galveston at 409.762.0387 to update your information.  We are currently integrating our system, soon you will be able to do many things through our website!

Q: How do I change my W-4 (income tax marital status and allowances)?
A: Please call our office in Texas City at 409.935.0111 or Galveston at 409.762.0387. 

Q: Do all applicants get a background check screening?
A: Yes. Criminal history does not disqualify you from being hired by us. It depends on the client’s requirements whether your criminal history is taken into consideration.
 
Q: Do I need to report myself available?
A: Yes, you must report your availability every week at least once a week. Please call in to Texas City at 409.935.0111. or Galveston at 409.762.0387.  
 
Q: Should I take computer skill testing?
A: You will be required to test if you are interested in administrative or customer service positions.  

Q: When is my timesheet due?
A: A correct timesheet with employee and supervisor signature must be received no later than Monday at 5:00 PM.

Q: What is a W-4?
A: A W-4 is the IRS's mandatory form that decides your income tax liability. You should consider all aspects of your situation; your marital status, the number of financial dependents in your household, etc when completing it. We cannot tell you how to complete it, this form the IRS's website may be able to help you https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs.  

Q: What is an I-9?
A: Your I-9 is the federal government's required employment eligibility form. This form is based on your citizenship or immigrant status and you must indicate whether or not you are authorized to work in the United States.

Q: When is payroll processed?
A: We process payroll on Tuesday by 10AM. In the case of a holiday we may have to process early. We will contact you if there's an early deadline.

Q: When will I see my payroll direct deposit funds in my account?
A: Your deposit is made on Friday; however it may depend on your financial institution.

Q: When will I get my payroll stub?
A: Payroll stubs are sent to the office that you report to by Friday at noon.

Q: Do temporary employees get paid for holidays?
A: No, temporary employees do not receive holiday pay benefits. If you work on the holiday you will be paid at the straight hourly rate, unless you have been a temp for 6 months and you work the day before the holiday and the day after.

Q: Do you hold my first week's check until my assignment is completed?
A: No. You will be paid for your first week on the Friday of the following week. You will be paid the following week for every week you work.
